Epshita Arien was born on January 11th, 2010, the year Despicable Me came out and minions took over the world. She was the first person to step foot on Neptune, discovered that the sun is actually the moon and we’re all idiots, and made time travel possible. Unfortunately, only one of these things is true.

(It’s that the minions took over the world, by the way.)

Instead, Epshita Arien was born and raised in New York City, New York. She's a Bengali-American fantasy author and has of 2023, she's published five books in two series.

She began writing her first book series, Open Your Eyes, in 2019 and hasn't stopped writing since. Currently, she is working on The Tides of Aylshire (Jackson Windsor #3). Follow her socials for updates!
